Why hasn’t my order shipped?
Standard ship time is 3 to 5 business days although, around busier times such as the Super Bowl, we kindly ask to allow 10 to 14 business days to process orders before shipping from our warehouse. Tracking will be e-mailed to you once the shipment goes out.
Where is my confirmation email?

Who Authenticates the Products?
Products typically come with a Certificate of Authenticity guaranteeing the quality and legitimacy of our items. At times, we will have authenticators on site, especially if the product is autographed. Other times, we will have authenticators from the leagues in house who provide authentication.
How much is my product worth now?
Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to comment on the secondary market value for products once they have sold from our website. We encourage our customers to call our number to inquire about similar products to compare pricing.
