Dallas Mavericks' New Court Design

The Dallas Mavericks have recently made significant updates to their basketball courts as part of their community outreach initiatives. One notable project was the unveiling of a new basketball court at the Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex in Arlington, Texas. This court, dedicated in early 2024, is part of the Mavs Foundation's ongoing efforts to support local communities by providing safe, high-quality recreational spaces. The court features a bright, Mavericks-themed design and was completed with the help of several partners, including Chime and Sprite.

Additionally, the Mavericks also renovated the Cedar Crest Community Center's gym, installing new hardwood floors, custom designs, and safety equipment. These projects are part of a broader effort by the Mavericks to refurbish or replace courts in underserved areas, encouraging healthy living and providing safe spaces for youth to play.
