About Highland Mint

The Highland Mint is a leading manufacturer of officially licensed sports memorabilia and collectibles. As the official manufacturer of the Super Bowl Flip Coin, we create premium collectibles that celebrate the biggest moments in sports for fans and collectors across the country.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Artist / Production Assistant to join our in-house production team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in graphic design and print production. You'll work alongside our experienced designers, helping prepare artwork, organize production files, and support the creation of officially licensed sports collectibles.

Responsibilities

Production Graphics

• Resize, crop, and prepare artwork for print production.
• Print and organize production files.
• Assist with creating simple product layouts and updating existing designs.
• Organize and maintain digital artwork and production files.
• Help ensure artwork meets production and quality standards.

Production Support

• Assist the Production Coordinator with daily production tasks.
• Perform quality checks before products move into production.
• Help prepare artwork and materials for manufacturing.
• Support the design team with various production-related projects.
• Assist with other production and graphic-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable and able to work well in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is helpful.
  
• A portfolio of school projects or personal work is welcome but not required.
