Outstanding Customer Service

I ordered the Eagles Superbowl win plaque for my daughter, a huge fan - GO BIRDS - but I made an error with her address. Enter Jim, the customer service rep, who solved everything and ensured the plaque was delivered. I have not experienced this level of customer service in a very long time. He communicated with me directly and he cared. I did not know much about the Highland Mint prior to my order, but if Jim represents them, they are a quality company.
