Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The $50 gift card giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Highland Mint and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. 
2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on May 8th at 12:00 AM EST and ends May 18th at 12:00 AM EST. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible. 
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must fill in the required sign-up form for entry. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted within 14 business days after the end of the entry period. 
5. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 14 business days after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected. 
6. Prize: The prize is a $50 gift card to be redeemed at the Highland Mint website (www.highlandmint.com) and not applicable elsewhere. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. 
7. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Highland Mint to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 
8. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize. 
9. Release: By participating in the giveaway, participants release and hold harmless Highland Mint and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. 
10. General Conditions: Highland Mint reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. 
11. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these official rules. 
12. Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. 
13. Winner's List: To receive the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Highland Mint, 4100 N Riverside Dr, Melbourne, FL 32937.
